Default My new stereo upgrade, speakers, sub and amp...

Hello
I had the Kicker sub on my Chally but it wasn't what you expect from a sub with this size, when you open the trunk the bass was great but inside the cabin.... almost nothing, so I start with a bigger amp for the sub, I use a IMPACT HC 150.2 amp on bridged 1 x 650W @ 2 ohms setup but again but again nothing, then I add the bass boost and again... nothing, then I figure out that the OEM Kicker box is wrong for the Challenger, you see the problem is that the trunk is isolated from the cabin and the factory placement of the subwoofer makes the isolation even bigger, so I decide to use the Kicker subwoofers ans make to smaller boxes and put them on the rear sides of the trunk and vuala, the bass in the cabin is great and dip and strong, also the bass booster works perfect and I can adjust the bass with out get into the unit's menu while driving
Also now I have the 100% of my trunk usable
I also change the OEM Front and Rear Speakers with Rockford fosgate and Sony correspondingly, I leave the door speaker because they are good enough for my needs.
Took me 4 days for all but now the overall sound is now perfect and most of all it looks original!
Old Kicker amps and Speakers on photos for comparison.
Note 21 large photos
Enjoy.

Thumbs up

VERY nice, Lefteris! Rockford Fosgate's are top of the line. I'm partial to Focal speakers myself, but RF's are right up there. Excellent choice and great set-up.
