Default Air Bag error light and irratic RPM

Brand new 2012 392 Challenger. After 2k miles the Air Bag error light came on.. Also the idle is not steady. Even cruzing at a low speeds it floats approx 100 -150 RPMs. The drive is jerky and not consistant.. I've owned many muscle cars.. I have a Buick GN up for sale due to this SRT purchase...This is my first Mopar. I really like the Cahllenger.. Any answers? Thanks,,

I'd say try throttle calibration. YOU can do this yourself. Turn key to "ON" postion (DO NOT START); Push the gas pedal all the way to the firewall and let off "SLOWLY". This will reset throttle calibration and see IF this helps. It does WORK on my 05 R/Ts really well; NOT sure about newer ones.

Thanks for your reply. I use this same technique for my Buick GN to set the TPS to WOT.... I'm looking into a high flow air filter intake.... Hope this will give it more air. I live in Florida and the streets are on fire...

I agree you should let the dealer look at it as it is under warranty and welcome to the forum!
